I’m Allan Booth, the proud owner of Painters Corner & Flooring Ltd.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
I’ve always been passionate about home improvements and admired how you could create a vibrant atmosphere and accentuate the beauty of a room by adding a splash of paint and upgrading the flooring. So, I decided to get into the industry in 1990.
Over the next three decades, I picked up additional skills and learned the tricks of the trade through on the job training. Consequently, in 2016, when the opportunity arose to take over the company, I was enthusiastic and confident that I could make it work.
Over the past four years, I’ve noticed that there are many exciting installation choices available. When I first got into the industry, the only options that existed were carpet, sheet vinyl, hardwood, and a small selection of ceramic tiles.
Now there are so many quality products that are durable and aesthetically-pleasing, which makes it easier to design a clients’ dream home. However, a keen eye for detail and the knowhow to blend hues and tones in a room is vital.
I’m committed to excellence, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honest feedback. Clients trust me to make decisions on the spot that are in their best interest, and I always have contingency plans lined up, which has enhanced my integrity.
I also attribute my success to having knowledgeable, friendly, and caring staff. The crew was instrumental in assisting me in getting people’s homes back to normal after the 2013 flood. Helping families get back on their feet was an enriching experience for all of us.
When I am not painting walls and fitting floors, I love to play golf and woodworking. I also like to volunteer with the Special Olympics and the cycle challenge for a kid’s cancer organization.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
